The Angel is a traditional English country pub in the Norfolk village of Swanton Morley. It is a grade 2 listed building, the oldest part dating back to 1610. The main bar has a low ceiling with original beams which have English hops hanging from them. The large open fire gives a very warm welcome to customers in the dark winter months.
The Angel has a reputation for serving a top quality choice of fine cask ales, one of which is a dark mild. Reasonably priced traditional pub food is served lunch times and evenings (excluding Sunday evening).
Why not pop in and visit Pete and Avril and enjoy a pint, we are one of the few pubs in the area open all day.
